2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for modification of the order dated 22.09.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 59308 of 2025 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Roy, whereby and where under his Lordship has pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directed to surrender within a period of four weeks and the petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated time, hence kindly further four weeks time may be granted."

3. For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 5 to 8 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16566 of 2026(2) dt.11-03-2026 2/2 the petition, Cr. Misc. No. 16566 of 2026 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. The period of surrender is further extended to four weeks from today.
