The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sakara P.S. Case No.549 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 324, 379, 380, 384 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that there is a delay of five days in institution of the FIR which is based on a private complaint, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial
