The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 276 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the first information report has been lodged after delay of two months. It is further submitted that the case has already been compromised between the parties. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing personal bail bonds to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S.
