Patna High Court CWJC No.7071 of 2016 dt.20-09-2016 allegations of misappropriation of public fund, at the end of respondent No. 9, namely, the District Magistrate, Banka, would be appropriate.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, this application is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 9 to enquire into the matter and do the needful in accordance with law.

The whole exercise, so directed, shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by respondent No. 9.

The petitioner may furnish to respondent No. 9 certified copy of this order, along with a copy of the writ application and annexures thereto.
