2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 476 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 398 of I.P.C. and section 15(3) of Indian Medical Council Act.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner was running a hospital named Maa Mundeshwari Clinic in Madanpur. At the time of inspection, it was found that the petitioner, who does not even have a degree was performing operations.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and have falsely been implicated. As a matter of fact he never operated any patient. He is merely

Learned counsel further submits that when the informant came across the real fact he has filed an affidavit disclosing the innocence of the petitioner. The affidavit is annexed with the records as annexure-2.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 476 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
