JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ) Date: 17-02-2017 The petitioner claims upgradation of Middle School, Chakfaridabad (Jandaha) for the reason that the teachers attend the school late and leave the School early.

Whether a school should be upgraded or not is a policy decision, to be taken by the State Government, but there cannot be a direction that a school should be upgraded. It appears that the grievance of the petitioner is more in respect of the teachers not attending to the work of teaching diligently and faithfully. If that be the situation, the State shall take appropriate disciplinary action

Patna High Court CWJC No.9509 of 2016 dt.17-02-2017 2/2 against the teachers who go to the school late and leave early in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of.
