The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No.364 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Both the petitioners have got criminal antecedents of identical nature under the provisions of Excise Act. Hence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. However, in the event of surrender of the
