The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barari P.S. Case No.316 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. From reading of the statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. given by the girl it appears that it is a case of love affairs and no useful purpose will be served by sending the petitioner to jail.

Considering the aforesaid submission, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

No.25998 of 2021(2) dt.03-03-2022 2/2 Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Katihar in connection with Barari P.S. Case No.316 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
