Though the petitioners seeks inclusion of her name in the voter list of Ward No.10 of Gram Panchayat Raj, Lagma under Dumra Block in the district of Sitamarhi but the records of the proceeding do manifest that the name of this petitioner was not present in the Assembly voter list of 2015 and was incorporated only on 11.3.2016. Besides, this Court also notices that the petitioner has also not submitted her application in the prescribed form 'M-' issued by the State Election Commission for inclusion names of such of the voters whose name do not figure in the Panchayat voter list. In the undisputed circumstances no direction can be issued.

The writ petition is disposed of.
