Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of dacotiy is against unknown. The petitioner was not identified during TI Parade nor anything has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The inquiry report of the District Judge, Samastipur would reveal that several sessions trial arising out of the same case and arising out of different commitment orders are pending in different court. The learned Sessions Judge, Samastipur shall ensure that all the sessions trial be heard by the one court. Considering the nature of allegation and nature of material, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
