The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 339/2015, G.R. Case No. 5698/2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 385, 387, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that while he was going to Motihari the petitioners intercepted him and assaulted him with knife.

It is submitted that Rabindra Singh father of the petitioners earlier lodged Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 334/2015 against Birendra Kunwar uncle of the informant and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16243 of 2016 (2) dt.03-05-2016 2/2 others as a result thereof the present case has been lodged by informant. Annexure 3 shows that Ravindra Singh father of the petitioners got as many as four injuries. Out of which two injuries are grievous in nature. The injuries were caused by sharp cutting object. The informant to save his own skin lodged the present case.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 339/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
