13-03-2019 Heard Mr. Iqbal Asif Niazi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. This is 2nd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of petitioner within a very short span of time. Initially, on 01-08-2018, vide Cr. Misc. No. 33924 of 2018, considering the seriousness of the accusation, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the Court that petitioner has sufficiently remained in custody. However, considering the fact that on merit, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected recently, there is no reason to again entertain the same.

The prayer for bail again stands dismissed.
