Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 418 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 01.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19611 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

No.15123 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 418 of 2018.
