The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sahebaganj P.S.Case No. 28 of 2018 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 II of the Arms Act.

Submission is that petitioner has been falsely implicated as allegedly there are recovery of one loaded pistol and one live cartridge however, petitioner is in custody since 31.01.2018 and has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Mantu Sahni, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 1st (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebghanj P.S. Case No. 28 of 2018. (Arun Kumar, J) sujit/- U
