Petitioner, already in custody since 24.3.2018, seeks bail in Jakkanpur PS Case No. 130 of 2018 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the IPC.

It is contended that the girl is major, both eloped away, got marriage in the court and this fact is disclosed by the girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Akash Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM I Patna in connection with Jakkanpur PS Case No. 130 of 2018.
