(i). For issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the government respondents to conduct an official measurement and demarcation of the land in question based on old revenue records and maps. (ii). For issuance of a writ of prohibition restraining the respondents from carrying out any further construction work on the disputed land until the measurement process is duly completed and the legal ownership of the land is determined. (iii). For issuance of an appropriate writ directing the respondents to take appropriate legal action against those responsible for illegal encroachment and harassment of the petitioner.

(iv). For issuance of any other appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) for which the petitioners are found to be entitled in the fact and circumstances of the case.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation for redressal of her grievances before the concerned authority/Circle Officer, Anchal-Hayaghat, District-Darbhanga, Bihar.

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, as prayed for.

5. On filing of the said representation, the concerned authority shall dispose of the said representation in accordance with law.
