The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
It is a case of dowry death due to non-fulfilment of dowry demand by the in-laws of the deceased family. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and she has no concern with the mess and business of the deceased and her husband, namely, Avinash Kumar and the husband of the deceased is in judicial custody. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Bikramganj, District- Rohtas in connection with Dinara (Bhanas) P.S. Case No. 168 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
