1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to SC-21 for the State.

2. The Court is not inclined to entertain the writ application for the reason that there is no clarity in the pleading nor any documentary evidence are there on record of the writ application that on what basis the petitioner is claiming the land in dispute, on which it is being submitted that the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan is being constructed, further the writ application also does not disclose that as to whether Jamabandi was created in name of the petitioner or his ancestor.

3. The Court completely fails to appreciate that writ of mandamus is being sought, but then pleadings are being made in a very casual manner.

4. The writ application is dismissed.

5. However, the same will not preclude the petitioner from filing a fresh writ application with proper pleadings, prayer and essential facts.
