The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 31.07.2017 in Dumraon P.S. Case No.224/2017 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise(Amendment) Act, 2016, on accusation of recovery of about 1.8 liters of Indian Make Foreign Liquor, has prayed for grant of bail.
