2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 13.05.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No.5710 of 2022, the

Patna High Court MJC No.604 of 2023(3) dt.22-09-2025 2/2 claim of the petitioner was examined and, thereafter, the admitted outstanding dues to the tune of Rs.2,98,964/- (Rupees Two Lakh Ninety Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Four only) has already been paid to him on 20.02.2023.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the aforesaid amount has stood paid, the present petition be disposed of.

4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
