This application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 by the learned Sessions Judge, Siwan, vide order dated 27.01.2026 passed in AB.P. No.3439 of 2025, in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No.443 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 316(2), 318(4), 351, 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

As per the F.I.R., the opposite party no.2 had taken an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- from the informant but he did
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17054 of 2026(2) dt.14-07-2026 2/2 not return the same and it is alleged that the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 abused the informant and threatened him by showing a pistol.

I have perused the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 and do not find any error in the said order. Further, the petitioner has not been able to show any good ground to interfere with the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party nos.2 and 3. Hence, no ground for cancellation of bail is made out.

Accordingly, this cancellation bail application is rejected.
