JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 11.1.2018 bail in Alamnagar PS Case No. 271 of 2017 registered under Sections 366A and 34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of elopement, the petitioner's son has eloped with the informant's son but his whereabouts is not known to the petitioner, she is mother of the boy and has been in custody since 11.1.2018. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Rinku Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar PS Case No. 271 of 2017.
