JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Additional Public Prosecutor.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sherghaty P.S. Case No. 251 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 399,414,402/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25/(1) (B) (a),26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

Petitioner was apprehended at wee hour along with others and during course of search from the possession of the petitioner one country made loaded automatic pistol, cartridges, and mobile set was recovered. Furthermore, from para 3 of the petition, it is evident that the petitioner has criminal antecedent. Prayer of regular bail is rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47560 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 If so advised, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after one year of detention.
