CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS JURISDICTION No.42 of 2016 ====================================================== Bablu Paswan & Ors .... .... Appellant/s

For the Appellant/s : Mr. Vidya Sagar For the Respondent/s : Mr.
====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 24-06-2016 Heard the learned counsel, Mr. Vidya Sagar, for the petitioner and the learned counsel, Mr. Dhanjay Kumar Tiwary, for the respondent. By the impugned order dated 12.02.2016, the learned Sub Judge II, Lakhisarai only allowed the application filed by the defendants to admit the documents in title suit No.5 of 2011.
The grievance of the petitioner is that at belated stage, the documents have been filed.
In my opinion, on the ground of delay, the evidences may it be oral or documentary cannot be rejected. Moreover, the Court has the jurisdiction to allow production of the document at belated stage also even after hearing is concluded.
Thus, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order and accordingly, this Civil Misc. application is dismissed. Sanjeev/- (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) U
