Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be satisfied if his representation is disposed of by the Respondent No. 6, District Programme Officer, (Establishment), Saharsa.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to file a fresh representation for redressal of his grievances before the Respondent no. 6.

If such a representation is filed before the respondent no. 6, the same shall be considered keeping in view

Respondent no. 6, District Programme Officer, (Establishment), Saharsa will dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within eight weeks of filing of the representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
