2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498(A), 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 569C of 2008.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and in any event it is stated that the complainant Guriya Kumari has since solemnized another marriage in the year 2008 with one Madan Sah. The petitioner claims clean criminal antecedent.

4. Notice issued to the opposite party no. 2 through process server has been returned with the service report that the opposite party no. 2 has left for matrimonial home after solemnizing second marriage.
5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 21.11.2014 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 569C of 2008 is hereby confirmed.
