Case No. 128 of 2020 (P.R. Case No. 47 of 20192020) instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

49.20 litres of liquor Nepali Liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 27.01.2020. The petitioner claims that he has been made accused because of the machination of local villagers and the seizure list witnesses do not belong to the place from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16400 of 2020(2) dt.13-05-2020 2/2 where the recovery has been made.

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner and his period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge (Excise), Darbhanga in connection with G.O. Case No. 128 of 2020 (P.R. Case No. 47 of 2019-2020).
