====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 22-11-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the bail petition during course of the day.

Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shahpur P. S. Case No.357 of 2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 26.12.2019 and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. According to the F.I.R., one revolver loaded with six live cartridges was recovered along with 19 live cartridges from the possession of this petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25770 of 2021(2) dt.22-11-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has criminal antecedents, but in all the cases, police has falsely implicated the petitioner in cases after cases as would be evident from the bail petition.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the facts afore-stated, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Shahpur P. S. Case No.357 of 2019, subject to condition that if on two consecutive dates, petitioner does not appear before the Court below, the learned Court below will be at liberty to cancel his bail bonds.

The application stands allowed.
