The petitioner seeks bail in Maner P.S. Case No. 443 of 2021 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 741 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 302 and other allied secctions of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, 16 FIR named accused persons including this petitioner and 7 unknown persons variously armed came and assaulted the father of informant, as a result of which he died during course of treatment. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that specific allegation of assault is against other co-accused. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2021. Investigation is complete.

Case No. 443 of 2021 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 741 of 2021.
