This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Pranpur P.S. Case No.88 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 4 of the POCSO Act.

From the F.I.R., it appears that the victim and the petitioner were in a relationship and they were having sexual relationship also. From Annexure-2 (records of the school), it appears that on the date of occurrence the victim was a major. The petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2024. 4.
Considering the aforesaid facts and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16703 of 2025(2) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed. 5.
Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, VI-cum- Special Judge, POCSO, Katihar / concerned Court below, in connection with Pranpur P.S.
