ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment of conviction dated 5.5.2009 passed by the Additional Sessions judgeIX, Patna, in Criminal Appeal No. 287 of 1996 by which he has affirmed the order dated 27.9.1996 passed by Sri Vimal Kumar Sinha, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, in G.R. No. 370 of 1992, Trial No. 260 of 1996, by which he has convicted the Petitioner under Section 420, 468 and 471 Indian Penal Code respectively and sentenced him to undergo simple imprisonment for two years. Having gone through the Judgment of conviction, I do not find any merit in the application.
However, considering the period of custody and the date of occurrence, the sentence is reduced to the period already

With the aforesaid observations, the application stands dismissed.
