Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. From possession of other co-accused firearm etc. was recovered and on their disclosure statement before the police while in police custody, name of the petitioner surfaced. Petitioner is in custody since 28.12.2020. Investigation of the case against the petitioner is already complete. Considering the lack of sufficient material against the petitioner for further detention as under trial prisoner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
