Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 59 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section-414 of the Indian Penal Code. One stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner but stand of the petitioner is that he had purchased the said motorcycle from one, Rakesh Kumar and after that, got entered his name in the relevant documents which is evident from perusal of Annexure-6 to the supplementary affidavit.

No.22893 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 Taking note of the aforesaid submissions as well as this aspect of the matter that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 59 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
