Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 25, 26, 35 of Arms Act.
Allegation is that acting on some information, the police have searched the Homoeopathic Clinic of petitioner No 1 which has led the recovery of one country made loaded pistol. The petitioners are in custody since 25.05.2017. They have no criminal antecedent, as submitted by the counsel for the petitioners.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, petitioners' prayer for bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named be
