The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 353, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The Block Supply Officer made allegation that the petitioner along with two others, namely, Anil Singh and Rajnish Kumar came in his office and they all abused and assaulted the informant. It is submitted that Anil Singh and Rajnish @ Rajnish Ratan @ Rajnish Kumar have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order dated 29.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11488/2016. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.

Considering the facts that the case of the petitioner stands on the same footing as that of Anil Singh and Rajnish @ Rajnish Ratan @ Rajnish Kumar, the above named petitioner, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16423 of 2016 (2) dt.10-05-2016 2/2 the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 57/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
