The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that as per allegation, 409.5 litres of foreign liquor were recovered from the vehicle which was standing in front of the hotel and from a room beside the hotel. The said vehicle was being boarded by the two persons including the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 07.06.2017. No.36256 of 2017(2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner, abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Darigaon) P.S. Case No. 785 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
