Petitioner is accused in connection with I.F. Case No. 75 of 2017 registered under Sections 17, 27, 29, 30 and 50 of W.L.P. Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that the seizure list has not been handed over to the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 15.06.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37354 of 2017 (2) dt.18-08-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-I, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with I.F. Case No. 75 of 2017.
