JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-03-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 219 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Specific allegation is against other co-accused person is of firing and general allegation against these petitioners, who are 10 in number, is of firing.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15286 of 2019(2) dt.12-03-2019 2/2 that no specific allegation has been attributed against these petitioners and the F.I.R. itself shows that due to indiscriminate firing, nobody received injury.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria, in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 219 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
