The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections- 341, 323, 324, 504, 506, 354/34 of the I.P.C.

The prosecution case, in short, is according to F.I.R. that the occurrence dated 02.12.2014 at about 1 P.M. the informant was working in her field and she was alone there and other co-accused Rajeev Kumar Yadav wanted to touch her body. On the protest he assaulted by his Hasua upon the below of her breast, on raising hulla he fled away, then father and brother of the co-accused Rajeev Kumar yadav also came there abusing and assaulted by slaps to the informant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21370 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 submitted that the specific allegation is against Rajeev Kumar Yadav. As far as the petitioner is concerned, it has further been submitted that the other accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 11879 of 2015, dated 26.03.2015.

On behalf of State and the informant, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Ohm Shankar, J.M.-1st Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 141/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sudhir Singh, J.) Kamlesh U T
