The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 02.04.2015 passed by learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2009 by which cognizance has been taken for the offences under Section 134 of Representation of Peoples Act, Section 171(F) and 171(4) of Indian Penal Code.

Considering the materials available on record, no ground for quashing of the order dated 02.04.2015 taking cognizance under Section 134 of Representation of Peoples Act , Section 171(F) and 171(4) of Indian Penal Code against the petitioner is made out.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25491 of 2015(2) dt.14-02-2023 2/2 permitted to withdraw this application to raise all his grievances at the stage of framing of charge, if the charge has not already framed.
