Petitioner is an accused in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 269 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 308, 379, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case due to land dispute. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties. It is further submitted that both sides have sustained injuries in the occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2020. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let
