JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 1.2.2018, seeks bail in Khaira PS Case No. 289 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that both sides are co-villagers, allegation is of giving a sword blow over the head which is falsified by the injury report which is lacerated wound and that too simple in nature.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Rakesh Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Jamui in connection with Khaira PS Case No. 289 of 2016.
