This is a case registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that his name has been brought in the instant case on the confessional statement of co-accused Ajay Kumar Yadav. The petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case and that from his possession nothing has been recovered to show his complicity with the alleged offence. He also points out that the said Ajay Kumar has already been granted bail vide order dated 13.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31330 of 2017. The petitioner is remanded in the present case on 02.06.2017.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Jhajha P.S. Case No. 1 of 2017.
