06-04-2016 Heard Sri Ajay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Narendra Kumar Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Sugauli P.S. Case No. 278 of 2015 registered for the offences under Sections 457, 380, 382, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Earlier, his anticipatory bail petition, while was listed before this Court, was dismissed due to non-prosecution. Thereafter, the present anticipatory bail petition was filed. There is specific accusation against the petitioner in the F.I.R. itself and as such, I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
