JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-05-2016 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under sections 323, 324,341, 354,379, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners submit that there is a case and counter case, both sides sustained injuries. Injury of petitioner no.2 has been annexed as Annexure 3. It is further submitted that petitioner no.3 was also assaulted in the free fight ensued between the parties. In the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioners no. 2 and 3 as mentioned above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Kishanpur Police station Case No. 153 of
