Petitioner in this case is aggrieved by the decision as contained in Annexure- '5' to the writ application by which her request for grant of licence under the Public Distribution System Shop on compassionate ground has been rejected by the District Level Selection Committee in its meeting held on 10.02.2018.

3. Two grounds have been provided for rejection for her application. The first ground is that her son is engaged in a Government Service and the second ground is that the petitioner does not fulfill the eligibility condition of having a minimum educational qualification of being a matriculate.

4. It is not in dispute that the Bihar Targeted PDS (Control) Order, 2016 specifically provides the minimum eligibility condition of there being a matriculate. The fact that her son is also engaged in a Govt. Service has not been denied. Therefore, this Court finds no reason to interfere with the impugned order.

5. The writ application has, thus, no merit. It is dismissed accordingly.
