2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section-392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that the informant alongwith his driver was going to Dihri by his Scorpio and in the way, 3-4 accused persons riding on another Scorpio intercepted him and on the point of pistol, snatched away the Scorpio of the informant.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that except confessional statement of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. It has also been submitted that according to the investigation, the Scorpio which is alleged to have been taken away from possession of the informant, was not belonging

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16440 of 2025(3) dt.12-05-2025 2/2 to the informant and the said Scorpio has been released in favour of another person. The confessional statement of the petitioner is not leading to recovery. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 30-12-2024.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 303 of 2020 with condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date fixed in the case till framing of charge. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
