2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 231 of 2012.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated as the petitioner no. 1 having purchased the land from the petitioner no. 2 was competent to sell the land to the complainant. It is submitted that merely because the complainant having difficulty in getting her name mutated the present complaint has been filed which if at all appropriately is the subject matter of the civil dispute.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 appears and opposes the anticipatory bail petition.
5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners by order dated 21.11.2014 pending in the Court of Sri Brijesh Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Complaint Case No. 231 of 2012 (Tr. No. 3406 of 2013) is hereby confirmed with condition that the petitioners shall remain physically present on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates, their bail bonds shall be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.
