The petitioners, namely, Preman Yadav and Ram Chandra Yadav, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 354(A), 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that the petitioners assaulted the informant and his wife. It is submitted that the petitioner no. 1 is the nephew and the petitioner no. 2 is the brother of the informant. On account of petty family dispute some scuffle took place. The injuries are simple in nature. Considering the facts that on account of petty family dispute some scuffle took place and the injuries are simple in nature, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16321 of 2016 (2) dt.06-05-2016 2/2 are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Subir Kumar, A.C.J.M.
