The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No.94 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of dispute and nature of injury sustained by the informant, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today,

No.25990 of 2021(2) dt.03-03-2022 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No.94 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
